Paying is easy and save

With Intercityonline.nl you can chose different ways to pay. Every single one of them is easy and save! You can either pay in advance or afterwards of receiving your order. The transaction of your order will be made through secured connections, which means your privacy will be kept with everything we do.

For every kind of payment, Intercityonline.nl collaborates with Multisafepay. This is a recognized Payment Service Provider that processes your payment and registers your payment status to us. All of the information you give to us to be able to process your order and transaction will be sent sealed (SSL secured server).

Paying in advance
You pay online right away and you will have your order sent to your home in a few days. Below are the ways you can pay online. U can chose which one you like best:

  • iDeal (for customers who pay from the Netherlands and who internet bank with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers)
  • Mastercard or Visa

The advantages of paying in advance:

  • You pay in the comfortable ways of internet banking.
  • Your payment goes through the save software of internet banking.
  • Payment through these methods are free.

Paying afterwards in one of our Boutiques (only possible with the shipping method 'pickup in our boutiques')
You paid afterwards in a chosen Boutique. Your order will be processed and will be ready within 1-3 working days. If you opt for sustainable delivery in the boutique, your orders will be ready for you within 2-5 working days.
You will receive an email once the order is ready for you. Not receive e-mail? Perhaps it ended up in your spam folder. Please notice your order will be reserved for 10 days after delivery at the boutique.

Riverty - Postpay for consumers (NL / BE)

Riverty carries out the entire post-payment process for www.intercityonline.nl. When you complete your order by Riverty, you will receive a digital payment overview from them and you will pay the order amount to Riverty. Riverty performs a data check to approve your request to pay afterwards. Riverty has a strict privacy policy as described in the privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Riverty is not authorized, you can of course pay your order with another payment method. Step-by-step payment via Riverty

*Order and pay via Riverty. You only pay when you have received your order
*Fill in your details truthfully and as completely as possible.
*Your order will be shipped and you will receive the invoice by email.
*Pay the invoice within 14 days as indicated.
*By choosing this payment method you agree with the terms of Riverty
*See first, then pay. Safe and simple.
*Delivery time at home with PostNL 1-2 working days, delivery in the boutique is 1-3 working days, sustainable delivery in the boutiques is 2-5 working days.
*Shipping costs: orders up to €100,- only €3.95 shipping costs, for orders over €100, the shipping costs are free. (Free delivery in the boutiques).

The payment term is independent of the return period of 14 days. After paying the invoice, you continue to have the right to return within 14 days. After processing your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account number with which the order was paid.
When returning the entire order, the agreement with Riverty is automatically dissolved.
Note: fill in your details truthfully and as completely as possible. A credit check takes place based on your data. This check checks whether you are eligible to pay with Riverty. If it doesn't work the first time, don't worry - this could also be due to a typo. Therefore, check your details and feel free to try again. If you are unexpectedly refused by Riverty, we offer you an alternative payment method. To use Riverty, you must be 18 or older and the shipping address and billing address must be the same.

Subsequent payment in one of the Intercity boutiques (only possible with the shipping method 'Delivery in Boutique') 
You pay afterwards in one of the boutiques. Your order will be processed immediately and will be ready for you within 1-3 or 2-5 business days (depending on which delivery method you choose)
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready for you. Not received an email? Don't forget to check your spam folder.

Gift voucher or voucher from a Boutique?
You can have your gift card or credit converted to an online code. Please contact us for the possibilities. Note: an online discount code is not valid on the shipping costs.

Paying through Fashioncheque
Fashioncheque is a general gift card that can be bought and spend online. It is fun to give, but even more fun to receive. The perfect gift for online shoppers!

If you fill out the unique Fashioncheque code in the specified area of the Fashioncheque, the value of your Fashioncheque will be subtracted from the order in your shopping cart.
If the value of your Fashioncheque is higher than the value of your order, the bill will be subtracted from your Fashioncheque. The rest value on your Fashioncheque can be used later for another online payment. If the value of your Fashioncheque is lower than the value of your order, you can pick one of the other payment methods of the web shop to pay the remnants.


Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. However, this is only possible if we haven’t posted your order yet. Get in touch with us as fast as possible. You can do this through email: klantenservice@intercityonline.nl or you can call: 072-7600023


What happens if the article you ordered isn’t in stock?
We try our hardest to have all of our products in stock. Nevertheless, it could happen that a product is sold out or that it is not available for a certain amount of time. If this is the case with your order, you will be informed about this as soon as possible. You’ll receive the right to cancel your order without any extra costs.
We will make sure you will get your money back.
If the order will take longer than 30 days to be delivered, you have the right to stop the order without any extra costs.
