With Intercityonline.nl you can chose different ways to pay. Every single one of them is easy and save! You can either pay in advance or afterwards of receiving your order. The transaction of your order will be made through secured connections, which means your privacy will be kept with everything we do.
For every kind of payment, Intercityonline.nl collaborates with Multisafepay. This is a recognized Payment Service Provider that processes your payment and registers your payment status to us. All of the information you give to us to be able to process your order and transaction will be sent sealed (SSL secured server).
Paying in advance
You pay online right away and you will have your order sent to your home in a few days. Below are the ways you can pay online. U can chose which one you like best:

You paid afterwards in a chosen Boutique. Your order will be processed and will be ready within 5 working days.
You will receive an email once the order is ready for you. Not receive e-mail? Perhaps it ended up in your spam folder. Please notice your order will be reserved for 5 days after delivery at the boutique.
Paying afterwards with Klarna
Klarna arranges the whole “paying afterwards”-process for Intercityonline.nl. The moment your order is shipped, you will receive a bill by e-mail. You are requested to pay this bill within 14 days. To approve your request to pay the bill, Klarna will do an information check.
Step by step paying with Klarna:
- Order and chose the option to pay a Klarna bill. You won’t have to pay until you receive your order
- Fill out the information form as honestly and completely as possible.
- Your order will be sent to your home, while you will receive the bill by email.
- Pay your bill within 14 days as stated in the email.
- By choosing this method of payment, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of Klarna.
- You pay € 2,04 administration costs to pay through Klarna.
- The advantage of this payment method is that you can see your order before you pay. It is save and easy.

The time period to pay the bill is independent from the 14-day period to return the product. After you pay the bill, you’ll still have the right to retour the product within 14 days. After we have processed your retour package, the money you paid will be put back onto the bank account that was used for the payment.
If you return your whole order, your agreement with Klarna will be stopped automatically.
Be aware: fill out your data as honestly and as completely as possible. There will be a credit check on ground of your data. This check decides if you are eligible to pay with Klarna. Don’t worry if this check fails the first time, it could have been a typographical mistake on your part. Just check your information and try again. If you are still being rejected by Klarna, while you are sure all your info is correct, we’ll give you an alternative method to pay.
You have to be at least 18 years old to be able to use Klarna. Also, the shipping address and the billing address have to be the same.

If you fill out the unique Fashioncheque code in the specified area of the Fashioncheque, the value of your Fashioncheque will be subtracted from the order in your shopping cart.
If the value of your Fashioncheque is higher than the value of your order, the bill will be subtracted from your Fashioncheque. The rest value on your Fashioncheque can be used later for another online payment. If the value of your Fashioncheque is lower than the value of your order, you can pick one of the other payment methods of the web shop to pay the remnants.
Can I cancel my order?

What happens if the article you ordered isn’t in stock?
We try our hardest to have all of our products in stock. Nevertheless, it could happen that a product is sold out or that it is not available for a certain amount of time. If this is the case with your order, you will be informed about this as soon as possible. You’ll receive the right to cancel your order without any extra costs.
We will make sure you will get your money back.
If the order will take longer than 30 days to be delivered, you have the right to stop the order without any extra costs.
