If you're happy, so are we! Do you still want to exchange or return your purchase in the boutique or online order? Of course, that's no problem! Choose the way you like best! 

Has the item already been worn or have you ordered a gift card? Unfortunately, returns are not possible. Of course, you can try on the clothes first.
  




Return online purchase
You can return online purchases to us within 14 days.
Return form: Print out the return form here and send it together with the invoice with the return shipment.

Returns Intercity Boutiques
During the opening hours of the boutiques, you can return your return free of charge to the boutiques or to the head office.
After handing in your return, you will receive a proof of return.

Via PostNL: Create a label online here. Keep your proof of postage safe.

Return costs: Within the Netherlands
PostNL parcel stamp 0-10 kg: from €7.25 (online label €6.95)
PostNL mailbox parcel €4.60 (online from €4.10)

*Shipping without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk.

Returns: Outside the Netherlands
You pay the shipping costs yourself.
Fees vary from post office to post office and country.

 
Return

You can use your Track & Trace code to check whether the shipment has arrived with us.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail within 10 days.
After receiving this email, we aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Returns on account are only possible for the new collection, for sale items you will receive a voucher.
A voucher is valid indefinitely & can be spent in all boutiques.
Would you rather spend the voucher online? You can exchange the voucher for an online code in one of the Boutiques.

Would you like to exchange an item from your online order? Then return the item (provided the price tag is attached and unworn)
You can order the new item in our webshop.

Or exchange the item in one of the Intercity Boutiques. This is possible during the opening hours of the Boutiques.
You pay the difference or receive a voucher.

Other information

Did you order with a discount code or Fashioncheque? In that case you will receive a new discount code from us.
If you return the entire order to us, you will receive the paid shipping costs refunded to your account
(for shipping from Intercityonline to the delivery address).
