We want you to be happy with your purchase at Intercityonline. What if your order doesn’t come out like you expected it to? Or what if you want to have another size? No problem! You can return the article with the original labels attached to it within 7 days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange or return a worn or damaged article. But of course, you are allowed to try the clothes on first. At “exchanging and returning”, you can see how to return something and what it would costs to do so.
What do I do when I received the wrong article?
We take good care with processing your order. Unfortunately, it could go wrong sometimes. Did you receive an article you didn’t order? Get in touch with our custom service through firstname.lastname@example.org or call 072-7600023. We are reachable by phone Monday thru Friday from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm. We will make sure you receive the right article without any extra costs on your side.
