Trade and returns

If you are happy we are happy too! Would you like to exchange or return your purchase in the boutique or online order? That's no problem! Choose below the way you find most comfortable!  Has the article already been worn or did you order a gift voucher or mouthpiece? Then unfortunately returns are not possible. Of course you can try on the clothes first. 

How do you return an online purchase?
You can return your online purchase to us within 14 days (provided that the price tag is attached and unworn)
Return form: print here the return form and send it along with the invoice with the return.

You can return the order to us in two ways:

Return in of the Intercity Boutiques or head office (free of charge)
During the opening hours of the boutiques you can return your items free of charge in the boutique or at the head office.

or
Return via parcel service (return costs are for your own account).
The return address is: Intercity Boutiques, returns department, Mosselaan 71, 1934 RA Egmond a/d Hoef.
Via PostNL: create here online a label. Printing is not necessary. Keep your shipping receipt good.
What does it cost to return?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
PostNL parcel stamp 0 - 10 kg: v.a. € 7,25 (online label €6.95)
PostNL letterbox package € 4,60 (online from € 4,10)

*Sending without Track & Trace code is at your own risk.

Delivery of your return:
Did you send the return shipment to us by post? With the help of your track & trace code you can check whether the shipment has reached us.
As soon as your return is processed by us (by post or via the boutiques/head office) we will endeavour to send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail within 10 working days.
After you have received the confirmation by e-mail we will endeavour to refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days or to adjust your Riverty invoice.

How does exchanging work?
Would you like to exchange an item from your online order? Then return the article (see: how to return). You can order the desired article at the webshop.
Or exchange the article in one of the Intercity Boutiques? This can be done during the opening hours of the boutiques. Click here for the opening hours.
The difference you pay or you receive a credit.)

Have you made a purchase in the boutique and want to exchange or return, no problem!
You can exchange or return your purchase with receipt within 14 days (provided that the price tag is attached and unworn) You will receive a credit note when returning in the boutiques or the amount will be refunded to your account. Return on account is only possible for new collection, for Sale items you will receive a voucher. A voucher is valid indefinitely and can be spent in all boutiques. Would you rather spend the voucher online? You can exchange the voucher for an online code in one of the boutiques during weekdays from Monday (13:00-17:30 hrs) and Tuesday to Saturday (09:00-17:00 hrs). 

Faulty or damaged item received:

We will of course take care of this for free!

Other items cannot be returned:
Mouth caps (even in packaging these cannot be returned)
Earrings
Gift certificates
Damaged or used items
Articles without labels  

Returning (outside the Netherlands):
You pay the shipping costs yourself.
The costs differ per post office and per country.

Other information:
Did you order with a coupon code or Fashion cheque? In that case you will receive a new discount code from us.
If you return the complete order to us you will receive the paid shipping costs (for the shipment from Intercityonline to the delivery address) refunded to your account.
