We keep private data private
When you place an order with us, you obviously want others to not take your data off. We make every effort to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Intercity Boutiques always adheres to the application of laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Who can access my data?
Intercity Boutiques will not sell your personal details to third parties!
We will only pass on your details if this is necessary for our service. It will involve the following partners / parties:

Pay partners
IT service providers
Newsletter partners
We have also drawn up a processing agreement with all the above partners and companies. In suspicious situations we are obliged to share client data with government agencies.
The parties who gain access to your data may only use these to provide you with a service on behalf of Intercity Boutiques
Where are my details stored?
We store your data in databases within the European Union. In the exceptional case that customer data is transferred to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy is protected in an appropriate manner.This has been officially established for a number of countries. Some American parties have registered under the Privacy Shield that offers sufficient protection.
How long do you keep my data?
We do not store and use your data for longer than necessary. Then we delete all data we have from you. We keep different deadlines, after which we delete your data.

What are my privacy rights?Of course you always have control over your data. Do you want to have access to your personal data? Or do you want to change your data, remove it, limit use or adjust newsletter preferences? Is that natural problem.Unsubscribing for the newsletter is arranged in this way. You can unsubscribe directly via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
