Order & fit your order without any obligation in one of the Intercity Boutiques!
If you opt for delivery in one of the boutiques, then you pay no shipping costs for sending and collecting (regardless of the total amount of your order) and it is completely non-binding. Are your articles not to your liking? No problem, you can just leave them in the store with our colleagues, if you can't quite figure it out, ask our stylists for advice! We are happy to help you for a suitable outfit ;)!
Have you opted for pick-up in one of our boutiques?
Your order will be ready for you within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email from us as soon as the order is ready for you! Didn't receive an email? Don't forget to check your spam folder. Your order will be reserved for you for 10 days after delivery to the boutique.
Have you opted for sustainable pick-up in one of our boutiques?
Your order will be ready for you within 2-5 working days. You will receive an email from us as soon as the order is ready for you! Didn't receive an email? Don't forget to check your spam folder. Your order will be reserved for you for 10 days after delivery to the boutique.

Have you opted for home delivery?
We deliver your order via PostNL. The delivery time is 1-2 working days. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail via PostNL with a track and trace number, so that you can follow the order until it is delivered.
For orders sent by post, you only pay € 3,95 shipping costs for orders up to €100,-. The shipping costs are free for orders above €100,-.
Postage costs:
If you choose to pick up in one of our boutiques, you do not pay any shipping costs.
If you opt for home delivery, you only pay €3.95 shipping costs for orders up to €100, the shipping costs are free for orders above €100.

Where is my order?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail via PostNL with a track and trace number, so that you can follow the order until it is delivered. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday. Have you opted for (sustainable) pick-up in one of our boutiques? Then you will receive an e-mail from us as soon as the order is ready for you. Didn't receive an email? Don't forget to check your spam folder.
